Course Description

In this course, we will begin with the history of carbon dioxide, learning about some key events that shaped the CO2 beverage industry as we know it today. Next, we will dive into some key facts about this gas, the physical states and properties, and the supply chain and storage of carbon dioxide gas. We will then jump into the basics of carbon dioxide bottling operations, quality guidelines, applications and functionalities, and carbon dioxide safety. The course will conclude with two downloadable files covering equipment maintenance recommendations and a carbon dioxide vendor checklist.
